【AnyShare Managed Cloud 7：Innovative Pay for Effects】

I. Business Model

AnyShare Managed Cloud 7, as an innovative business model of AnyShare Family 7, adopts an innovative pay-for-effects model which supports pay-after-use and pay-for-performance.

II. Achieved functions

1. Functions in Previous Versions
Ø Statistics of File Data Volume: Support viewing the usage of space capacity through the ECeph management interface, which provides statistics of the actual data volume of files (including files in the recycle bin) stored by users each month.
Ø Statistics of SharedLink Visits: The Dashboard of Management Console supports count the number of visits to the SharedLink share with users/anyone to help admin analyze the visits of SharedLink.
2. Features in This Release
Ø Statistics of File Sync Count: The Dashboard of Management Console supports statistics of " Doc Domain Sync" Data Source, and statistics of the file count which sync successfully from different dimensions such as Sync Actions, Data Synced, Sync Schedule, etc., to get a more comprehensive understanding of user behavior.
Ø Statistics of Antivirus Scans: The Dashboard of Management Console supports statistics of " Antivirus " Data Source, according to different indicators ( File Count / File Size ) and different dimensions ( Date Scanned / Library / Antivirus Result ) to count the scanning of files in AnyShare by Realtime Antivirus Service to visualize the antivirus result.
Note: The file data volume is calculated in GB per month, and the number of SharedLink visits, sync files and antivirus scans are billed per 10,000, with no charge for less than 10,000 in a month. More functions such as the number of Extended Metadata, Intelligent Search requests opened, etc. are already under planning, so stay tuned.

【Optimization of Core Features】

I. Multiple Domain: Fixed Target Location with Simplify Sync Process

1. Sync Started by Users Supporting Fixed Target

The Doc Domain Sync Schedules which started by users in Management Console supports enabling Fixed Target, the docs which users start syncing in client will be synced into a target location "Inbox", for users to find the synced files easily.
With only one target location configured for the sync schedule, users can choose not to appear sync pop-up the next time starting syncing when Doc Sync started by users, which simplifies users' operation steps.
The name "Domain Sync" is changed to "Doc Domain Sync" in the client, to avoid confusion with "AD Domain Sync".

II. Observability: More Comprehensive Statistics

1. Display Deleted Library Information：When the Dashboard of Management Console uses Library as constraints to count user behavior, it can also display the user behavior of the Library with same name which have deleted, helping admins to analyze document usage more accurately.

Ⅲ.Intelligent Search: More Accurate Catalogue Search

1. Catalogue Search Support Multiple Selection of Option Values: Users can filter the catalogue attributes of the option types by multi-selecting the attribute values during Catalogue Search, which makes it easy to view multiple status files and find the required files quickly.
2. Document Star Optimization: The docs searched by Intelligent Search in the Knowledge Documents can be Starred/Unstarred, which is more convenient for users.

Ⅳ. Client Plug-in: Timeout Issue Optimization

1. Optimization of Login Timeout : When users use client plug-in, such as Doc Domain Sync/Doc Relay/Data Report in the web client, the plug-in page can stay logged in, avoiding the timeout to reduce the user experience.

【Performance Improvements and Fixes】

I. Enterprise Content Portal

1. Automatic locking of AnyShare Folder files: The file and associated files will be automatically locked when owner and users with modify permission open the file in AnyShare Folder, and the file will be automatically unlocked when closed, to meet the need of secure collaboration and to simplify the operation steps for users who need to lock a large number of files.
Note: Some file types do not support the Auto-lock function.
2. Timeout Logout: If the “Keep me logged in”is not checked during login, the Web Client will automatically log out when no user behavior has occurred for more than one hour, to improve security performance of AnyShare .
Note: User behavior refers to mouse clicks, movement, scrolling/keyboard events/file uploads in AnyShare tabs.
3. 3rd Party Authentication Logout: 3rd party users can jump to the logout page of the 3rd party authentication platform after logging out of AnyShare, enabling to log out together.
4. Thumbnail Mode Adaptive: The size of the file card in thumbnail mode can be adaptively adjusted according to the size of the browser/client pop-up window, to avoid large blank areas in the display area.
5. Multi-window Opening Optimization: When user try to open a folder in new window, it will jump to the existing window directly after the folder has been opened in new window already, which avoids the client to open multiple new windows.
6. Web Widgets Preview Interface Optimization: Support setting to show or hide the operation menu in the preview screen of initialized widgets, to meet the demand of data security control.
7. Small File Upload Optimization: Users do not use multipart upload when uploading small files within 20M to improve the upload speed of small files.

II. Management & Deployment Console

1. Cross-region Access Storage Acceleration: Object Storage of Deployment Console adds Storage Setting and Storage Accelerator pages to configure object storage and target to accelerate for sites which need to be accelerated, users can cache the requested documents locally when accessing data in the accelerated objects across sites to accelerate the efficiency of cross-site document access.
2. Object Storage Port Configuration Optimization: The HTTP/HTTPS Ports of the ECeph/Ceph/Ceph V4 three storage modes in the Deployment Console Object Storage are unified into [Port] to meet the adaptation of customer own object storage without HTTPS.
3. OAuth2 Security Enhancement: The Deployment Console optimizes the authentication method and verifies whether the user has the right to access the server through OAuth2 protocol to enhance system security.
4. List Support for Adjusting Column Width: Support adjusting the list width in Management Console, Deployment Console and Doc Domain Sync /Doc Relay in Client, the list content can be displayed in full directly by dragging the column width to enhance user experience.
