Preface | Important -- please read carefully

  • AISHU Technology Corp. and its global affiliates (collectively, "AISHU", "we", "us", and "our") are committed to respect and protect your privacy, provide you with customized user experience and services. Article 1 | The Application Scope of This Statement

  • Policy Applies to:
    • AISHU websites, products, and services that display or link to this Policy. If the services you are using need other certain privacy policy or agreement to support, please refer to the terms of related policy and agreement for more details, Otherwise, it is applicable.

Article 2 | Collection and Use of Personal Information

  • Personal Information refers to the information that can identify a person when used alone or in combination with other information. Such information will be provided by you directly to AISHU when you use AISHU 's website, products, or services, and when you interact with AISHU. Personal Information includes network identity information (including system user name and password, IP address, domain name, email address, etc.), the basic information (including name, nationality, position, company, contact information, etc.), personal use of the data (including the login information, access information, file directory structure, file name, database name, instance name, etc.), common equipment information (including MAC address, operating system information, etc.), user behavior data (including likes, comments, followers, download, search), etc.

  • AISHU respects your privacy and protects your Personal Information. You do not need to provide any personal information to view AISHU website. If you use our Products and Services, you will need to provide the necessary information for the service, such as relevant registration information, real-name certification information, information during use, and other Personal Information that you are required to provide. If you provide your Personal Information for the above purposes, you are aware of and accepted the use of the Information and agree to the use of your personal information for this specific purpose. You may also choose not to provide the above personal information to us, if so, AISHU may not be able to provide you with related products or services, or respond to or solve your problems.

  • The information that we may collect from you includes network identity information (system username and password, IP address, domain name and email address), basic information (the username and password from database, cloud platform, virtualization platform and AnyShare), personal usage data (file directory structure, file name, database name and instance name), common device information (MAC address, operating system type).

  • You acknowledge and agree that we will collect Personal Information that you voluntarily provide when using our website, mobile services and other channels to identify you personally; if your personal information is obtained indirectly from a third party, we will use your Personal Information in accordance with the agreement signed with the third party for legality of the Information source and comply with the relevant laws and regulations. When you register your AISHU account or use the services provided by AISHU, we will record the relevant Personal Information you provide, such as: password, mobile phone number, email address, etc.

  • Personal data legally obtained by AISHU from business partners or other third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, AISHU may obtain your personal data from public and commercial channels and will confirm the legality of the source of personal data in accordance with the agreement with the third party, and then comply with relevant laws and regulations. Use your personal data under the premise of regulations.

  • We will guide you to read this Policy before using our products and services, and collect your information after you agree to this Policy. If you choose not to provide your information, you are unable to use all or part of features and services on our products.

  • AISHU has rights to analyze your information without disclosure of your information.

  • To improve better services for you and update our products, we will collect the information that you voluntarily provide us with during using AISHU products and services in the following ways:
    • 1)
      Device and Log Information: AISHU server will automatically record the request logs generated when you are browsing AISHU official website or using our products, for example, a log information will be recorded after you log into the software, and it will happen after backup job started.
    • 2)
      Registration Information: which will be recorded as you try to log into the software for data backup and recovery, such as username and password. Additionally, you could use our default account we prepared in advance to log in if you want.

  • You can access, modify and delete your personal information byt the following steps:
    • 1)
      Access basic information identifying the user.
    • 2)
      Access information about client IP/virtualization platform cloud/cloud platform/cloud storage and IP address, account information from AnyShare.
    • 3)
      Modify the information, such as from virtualization platform/ cloud platform/cloud storage/IP and account from AnyShare.
    • 4)
      Delete the information, such as from client/virtualization platform/ cloud platform/cloud storage and IP and account information from AnyShare.

  • If we need to collect your Personal Information outside of the above scenarios, we will get your explicit consent again, and will let you learn about where the information used for and what kind of information we collect.

  • Attention. For the following scenarios, AISHU can collect your Personal Information without your consent or authorization:
    • 1)
      directly related to national defense security.
    • 2)
      directly related to public security and benefits.
    • 3)
      directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, judgement and its execution.
    • 4)
      Applies to the scene out of the reasons for protecting your or others’ lives, properties, and other material legal interests without your consent ahead of time.
    • 5)
      The information is that you voluntarily provide to the public.
    • 6)
      The information to be collected is posted legally and publicly.
    • 7)
      The Information necessary to sign and perform the contract according to your requirements.
    • 8)
      The Information necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discover and dispose of product or service failure.

      De-identifying the personal information contained in the results when the statistical or academic research is necessary for public interest and the results of academic research or description are provided externally.

      Other cases as stipulated by laws and regulations.

  • If you are a partner of AISHU, we will use your information provided to manage and develop the mutual business relationship, For example, we will
    • 1)Send you the detailed content of the AISHU Partner Program;
    • 2)Share some of your information with other partners, customers, or prospective customers of AISHU under the premise of confidentiality;
    • 3)Contact you when it comes to a specific transaction or plan, as part of the AISHU customer satisfaction survey or market research.

Article 3 | Storage and protection of Personal Information

  • Storage of Information
    • 1)
      Your Personal Information will be stored only for the time period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required or permitted by law.
    • 2)
      You should ensure that all personal data submitted is accurate. AISHU will try its best to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal data and update your personal data in a timely manner based on the data you provide to AISHU.
    • 3)
      You can delete the information as described above by deregistering account by yourself, but the information is not recoverable once deleted, and we will not store it no longer, otherwise, we will help you store until product services come to an end.
    • 4)
      In the event our products or services get off, we will take the steps to notify you of the details by pushing notification as soon as possible, and will delete your personal information or anonymize it in a reasonable expiration period.

  • Protection and Security Measures of Information
    • 1)
      AISHU attaches great importance to the security of your personal data. To protect your Personal Information that you have provided us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, AISHU uses technical and organizational security measures, such as backing up data on other servers and encrypting password, to prevent any unauthorized disclosure or access.
    • 2)
      AISHU will authenticate identity of our staff who process your Personal Information and will take control of them on usage rights. We will sign confidential agreement with the staff who gets in touch with your Personal Information. The staff who violates relevant laws and regulations will be liable for legal consequence.
    • 3)
      However, please understand that due to technical limitations and various malicious means that may exist, in the Internet environment, even if you do everything you can to strengthen security measures, AISHU cannot guarantee the absolute security of this information.
    • 4)
      In the event of a security incident such as disclosure of Personal Information, we will initiate an emergency plan to prevent the expansion of the incidents, promptly report to the regulatory authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local laws and regulations, and inform you the basic situation of the security incident, the possible impact, the countermeasures that the company has taken or will take, the precautions and remedial measures you may consider by pushing notification, announcement, email, etc.

Article 4 | Processing of Juvenile Information

  • AISHU will not knowingly collect Personal Information from any person that is not a legal adult, and does not target children in connection with its products, services, and websites.

  • Considering that AISHU cannot get the age of web visitors, in the event there are children providing Personal Information to us without parental consent, the parent or guardian could send an email to us to remove the information.

Article 5 | Use of Cookie and Similar Technologies

  • To ensure our website works correctly, we may at times place a small piece of data known as a cookie on your computer or mobile device. A cookie is a text file stored by a web server on a computer. The content of a cookie can be retrieved or read only by the server that creates the cookie. Session cookies are deleted after each visit, while persistent cookies remain in place across multiple visits. On the contrary, if cookies are not used, websites will treat you as a new visitor every time you load a web page.

Article 6 | Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure of Personal Information

  • Sharing refers to the process in which AISHU provides personal data to a third party, and AISHU and the third party process the personal data independently.

  • Unless you agree, AISHU will not share your personal data with third parties, except in the following situations or the situations specified in this statement:

Article 8 | Your Rights

      You are allowed to access, modify and delete your Personal Information in use of our products and services.

      If you find that AISHU violates laws and regulations or the agreement we both parties signed to collect and use your information, you can ask us to delete. If you find that your information collected and stored by us is wrong, you can also make corrections within the product by you.

      AISHU may authenticate your identity when you access, modify and delete relevant information for account security. Please understand that AISHU may not meet some of your demands due to factors, such as technologies, laws and supervision requirement.
    • 4)
      Please understand that some information may not be accessed, modified and deleted due to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Right to Restriction of Processing
    • 1)
      You have the right to restrict processing your Personal Information. AISHU can process this information for particular purpose.

  • Right to Data Portability
    • 1)
      You have the right to display your Personal Information in a structured and computer readable format, and to transfer such Personal Information to other companies even if blocked by AISHU.

  • Right to Object
    • 1)
      You have the right at any times to object AISHU to process your Personal Information on the grounds of your particular circumstances, and ask that Love will no longer process your personal information. If you exercise this right, we will no longer process your Personal Information for these purposes. There is no charge for exercising this right.

  • AISHU reserves the right to update or modify this Policy from time to time. The updates will be a part of this Policy. AISHU will publish the newest Policy on AISHU’s website if any changes happen to this one. You can browse the website for the latest updates.

  • AISHU hopes that you can carefully read and make sure that you fully understand and accept the content of this policy before using its products and services. We hope that you can make an appropriate choice according to your understanding. If you do not agree to such changes, you may stop using AISHU products and services. By continuing to use AISHU products and/or services, you agree to be bound by this revised Policy.
