Recognized by Gartner for 5 Consecutive Years! AnyShare Named in 2022 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer”

We've done it again! AnyShare is named again in 2022 Gartner Peer Insights "Voice of the Customer" for Content Services Platforms (CSP), along with Microsoft, Box, OpenText, IBM and other global content service vendors.

 

Gartner Peer Insights is a free peer review and ratings platform designed for enterprise software and services decision makers. Its annual report, "Voice of the Customer (VoC) ", gathers more than 435,000 real reviews from over 360 market segments around the world, which has extensive influence in the content service platform market.

It is the fifth year in a row that AnyShare has been recognized by Gartner:

· In 2018, AnyShare was named a Challenger in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Content Collaboration Platform (CCP).
· From 2019 to 2021, AnyShare has been received the Gartner Magic Quadrant honorable nomination for Content Service Platform (CSP) for three consecutive years.
· From 2021 to 2022, AnyShare has been consecutively named in 2021/2022 Gartner Peer Insights “Voice of the Customer” for Content Services Platforms (CSP).

As of January 2022, AnyShare received an overall rating of 4.4 stars (out of 5 stars), just behind Microsoft and Laserfiche. 97% of customers gave the score of more than 4 stars, while 41% gave the highest praise of 5 stars. As one of the highest recommended vendors, 90% of customers are willing to recommend the AnyShare solution.



Gartner evaluates vendor performance from four dimensions: Product Capabilities, Sales Experience, Deployment Experience, and Service Experience. AnyShare outperform the average in each category.



- Product Capabilities: NO.3

Just behind Microsoft and IBM, AnyShare scored 4.5 of Product Capabilities. Based on the word frequency analysis of customer reviews, it can be found that after using AnyShare, enterprise productivity has been significantly improved, mainly reflected in "improving internal efficiency", "improving business process agility", "meeting compliance", "reducing content management costs", etc.

- Sales Experience: NO.2

As for Sales Experience, Gartner explores the driving factors for customers to purchase AnyShare through interviews. According to statistics, it can be found that "product function and performance", "strong partnership", "customer-centric values" and "expected product roadmap and future vision" are the four main driving factors to help customers make the final purchase decision.

- Deployment Experience: NO.3

AnyShare adopts modular deployment architecture to adapt to private cloud, public cloud and hybrid cloud environment, provides ultimate adaptation for the hybrid environments to meet personalized deployment demands of customers and reduce deployment costs.

- Service Experience: NO.1

With a score of 4.6, AnyShare ranked first of Service Experience. It can be seen from the reviews, AnyShare provides customers with better service experience through professional service capability, strong technical support, and high-quality delivery method.
