Recently, Expert Consulting, a large consulting company, chose AISHU to help them upgraded to an all-in-one intelligent content management platform for efficient collaboration and secure management.
Expert Consulting is a South Korea company, founded in 1994, with the joint investment of consultants, professors, and experts of the field sharing the same will—the development of Human Resource Development in Korea. Focused on management consulting and training, Expert Consulting has been expanding business into various areas to pursue business innovation and training excellence of companies throughout the country.
Driven by digitalization, Expert Consulting chose AnyShare Family 5 in 2019 to meet basic document storage and collaboration needs.
Along with business growth, enterprise data has also increased rapidly, and the integration, management and utilization of enterprise data assets are under great challenges. In addition, ransomware attacks have occurred worldwide in recent years, and internal and external collaboration as well as security risks have arisen.
After three years, to deal with the increase of users and data transfer volume, diverse digital workflow, and heightened security requirements, Expert Consulting decided to upgrade AnyShare to the new version - AnyShare Family 7 - to take full advantage of its latest capabilities. AISHU's service team completed the upgrade and the secure migration of 40TB of data for Expert Consulting without any operational impact. In the future, AnyShare Family 7 will serve as a deeply integrated and intelligent content management platform, providing users with an efficient collaborative workspace to enable business knowledge accumulation and deepening.
In the latest AnyShare Family 7, AISHU uses new technologies to implement EC (Erasure Coding) as a disk group with a single node (previously it needed to be node-based), which provides higher space utilization compared to Raid 5 to greatly reduce hardware costs.
In addition, Expert Consulting is equipped with a multi-document domain solution, deploying two identical AnyShare Family 7 systems. Leveraging the feature that data can be kept in real-time synchronization between the two document domains ensures the sustainability of the content management platform. In the event of an unforeseen situation such as a hardware failure in Document Domain A, the data source can be immediately switched to Document Domain B, ensuring business continuity without interruption.
Compared to previous versions, AnyShare Family 7 delivers significant breakthroughs in technology, architecture, solutions and capabilities, including anti-ransomware, metadata capture, data encryption and others. It provides organizations with more intelligent content management, empowering productivity with content.
