【Optimization of Core Features】

I. Workspace: More Efficient Collaboration with Smoother Content Services

1. Business Value：Workspace creates an open, flexibly configurable work collaboration space for users. Achieving content automation by integrating various content applets and content collaboration services to promote efficient collaboration and help customers improve productivity.
2. Achieved Function: A new [Workspace] window has been added to Enterprise Content Portal, moving the content collaboration services from [Apps] to [Workspace], and managing more systematically according to Files/Forms/Data Report categories, making content collaboration between users more efficient.
Note: Starting from 7.0.3.3, the Server will no longer be compatible with Client 7.0.3.2 and previous versions. Server environments using 7.0.3.3 need to configure Client mandatory upgrade policy. Form collection, Material collection and content automation are all under planning, please stay tuned.

II. Intelligent Search：More Accurate Results with Hybrid Search in Multiple Dimensions

1. Support Hybrid Fuzzy Search：
² Catalog can be searched: Support fuzzy search of catalog by keyword, to achieve hybrid search of file content and catalog. Users can find the required files directly by searching catalog content without clicking the catalog template for filtering.
² Search result order optimization：Search results which match with keywords are listed in the order of catalog, tag, file name and file content, files with same catalog and tag as keywords will be displayed first to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of file search.
² Search Content Highlight：In addition to file names and summaries, tags, catalogs and file contents with same keywords will also be highlighted when searching.
2. Specialized Words Searchable:
² Support introducing 3rd-party specialized lexicon: Achieve lexicon expansion by importing 3rd-party specialized lexicon such as medicine, chemistry, biology, etc. in the database, for accurate search of files containing specialized words.
² More Accurate Splitting of Words：Flexible configuration of custom lexicon, which can split words according to different profession, for a more accurate search result.

III. Share & Access: A More Standardized Configuration by Splitting Permission and Policy

1. Read Permission and Policy Splitting：The Read Permission and Policy are further refined and split into Preview/Download Permission and Policy. The Preview/ Download Policy is set in Management Console for Documents, and the Preview/Download Permission is set by users when sharing, to achieve a more standardized split of Read Permission and Policy while safeguarding the security control requirements.

IV. Document Set: More Formats Supported for Thumbnails

1. CAD Thumbnails: Support viewing CAD thumbnails in dwg, dwt, dxf formats in client directly，to improve the thumbnail preview effect and facilitate users to find the required files speedily.
Note: Versions before 7.0.3.3 have been supported thumbnail preview of videos, pictures and PSD files.

V. Workflow：Quick Selection of Workflow

1. Sync Schedules Support Searching Workflow：Support searching approver/ Dept. approver/ Workflow name directly when creating/ editing sync schedule in Management Console to bind Workflow quickly and improve the creation efficiency of sync schedule .

VI. Modular Deployment：Eceph Object Storage Service Deployed Independently

1. Eceph Object Storage Service Deployment Optimization: Eceph Object Storage Service supports independent deployment based on the server by using a separate installation package, which can access AnyShare without deploying the main module in a multi-domain scenario by configuring external storage.

【Performance Improvements and Fixes】

I. Web& Desktop Client

1. Compatibility Optimization：The Windows clients support 32-bit operating system compatibility in AnyShare Enterprise Content Portal and can upload 32-bit installation package directly in Deployment Console.
2. Wake-up Function Optimization：
² Without Web client login, users can open the location and preview shared files directly after clicking SharedLink, choosing to view in browser and logging in.
² Files without preview permission will show a message that preview is not allowed after opening the file location, shared files are still controlled by preview/ download permission.
² Optimize the display position of shared files in folders, the shared files can be displayed at top by sliding the scroll bar when the file position is below.
3. Experience Optimization：For files without preview permission, the download button will not be displayed in the pop-up window with " The file format does not support online opening" to meet the demand of file security control.
4. Single Sign-on Optimization：Support configuring logout parameters and setting logout address dynamically based on the current login of the Web client or Desktop client, enabling unified logout and login for AnyShare and 3rd-party accounts, also allowing logout from AnyShare alone without configuring parameters.
5. Support Cancel Viewing Original Image：Users can cancel the loading of original image by clicking Cancel button, and the image can return to thumbnail view mode.
6. Expiration Date of File Lock：Support setting the expiration time of file lock by interface, the file will be unlocked automatically after set time, which is convenient for collaborative users to operate the document in time.

II. AnyShare Folder

1. Cache Location Tips Optimization：When setting the AnyShare Folder cache location as system disk or disk with permission restrictions, users can be prompted about the failure of creating cache location, to improve their experience.
2. Support Refresh Function: Right-click menu new refresh function button to achieve unified refresh of page and resource manager function.
3. Download Block Resize: Resize AnyShare Folder transfer block to 20M default size to guarantee the upload and download speed of files.

III. Deployment & Management Console

1. Sharing Scope Configuration Location Change: The sharing scope setting function in Management Console is moved from [Sharing Scope] to [Organization Visibility], achieving the sharing scope setting by configuring available scope of Org.
2. Deployment Console Deploy Independently: Optimize the system structure by splitting out the install/upgrade of the Deployment Console and provide a independent installation package of Deployment Console, to provide the capability of non-stop upgrade.
3. Agreement Update: User Agreement and Privacy Policy in Deployment Console have been updated to version 2022.

IV. Personalization

1. Personalization Optimization: Personalization of Deployment Console can manage three configuration scenarios separately for Branding, Product Info and Login Page. Admins can choose whether to show version info and copyright info in Product Info, and the hidden information will not be displayed in [About] of Enterprise Content Portal.
