I.Intelligent Search: Support Built-in OCR Capability
1.Built-in OCR Capability：The OCR Service is built into AnyShare, and users only need to purchase the main module to obtain the license of OCR Service for free. （The built-in OCR Service only provides basic function, more advanced functions need to be purchased separately）After installing the OCR Service on AnyShare server, users can recognize and extract the image content in Intelligent Search, which reduces the cost for users without affecting the OCR function.
Note: The size of images processed by built-in OCR should be within 10M and PDF files cannot be processed.
2.Timely Indexing of Files: The System indexes basic information of files prioritized, to ensure that users can search for files faster in scenarios with a large backlog of historical files.
II.Workflow：Extensible 3rd Party Messages Plugin
1.Support Interfacing with 3rd Party Messages Plugin.：
- 3rd Party Messages Plugin framework optimization: The Messages Plugin framework provides common interface for sending messages irrelevant to specific business. Any service in AnyShare Family 7 can push messages to Messages Plugin through this common interface.
- Message Type redefinition: 3rd Party Messages in Management Console is changed from checking to manually inputting 3rd Party Message Type, admins can customize workflow message type for a more flexible configuration.
2.Approval Workflow Optimization: The first approval link can be selected to reject/auto pass automatically when no approver is matched during creating approval workflow, ensuring a flexible and standardized approval workflow.
III.Content Lake: Improve Storage Space Utilization
1.Object Storage Support Custom EC Redundancy Policy：In the scenario of High Performance Backup and Cross-site Data caching to local, the bucket of ECeph object storage can support custom EC redundancy policy for caching and backup, which saves the storage cost and achieves up to 90% storage space utilization.
IV.Proximate Access: Relieve Bandwidth Pressure to Ensure Access Performance
1.Support Configuration of Internal and External: The OSS Gateway can configure internal cluster address by deployment backend, and the Content Processing Service can access OSS Gateway resources directly through internal, which can avoid the network blockage problem caused by internal Content Processing Service and external clients using external to access object storage together.
2.Folder Thumbnails Proximate Access: In multi-site deployment mode, the Document Set Service at each site supports processing proximity of thumbnails in folder. The Branch Site images in folder can be loaded thumbnails in Branch Site directly to improve the efficiency of thumbnail preview.
V.SAP Intelligent Content Management：Visualization Certificate Management
1.SAP Certificate Management：In the scenario that SAP Intelligent Content Management Service has been deployed, a new SAP Certificate Management tab will be displayed in Deployment Console to provide Certificate Management, Notification Policy and Mailbox Configuration services.
- Certificate Management: Support displaying the list of certificates pushed by SAP, providing visual certificate management for SAP users and ensuring safe and reliable communication between SAP and AnyShare.
- Notification Policy: Support setting the expiration notification of security certificate, and trigger the notification through various notification policies such as Email/SMS and flexible custom notification time to protect the continuity of business.
- Mailbox Configuration: Achieve timely reminder of certificate expiration notification by configuring mailbox information，to help users replace the certificate in time.
VI.Modular Deployment：Support External Container Image Repository
1.Interface to External Image Repository: Support using external container image repository, including Harbor, public&private cloud of Tencent Cloud container image repository, to meet the scenario that users have Cloud Native Environment.
【Performance Improvements and Fixes】
I.Web& Desktop Client
1.Download Certificates Can Be Hidden：The [ Download Certificates ] on the Web Client Login page can be hidden if the certificate type of the current system is CA Certificate which uploaded by admins in Deployment Console.
2.Support Jumping to Specified Page：When visiting a link with redirect, users can directly jump to the specified page base on the route carried by redirect after login.
3.Optimization of Folder Thumbnail：Resize the thumbnails in folders under Grid View to large image mode for enhancing user experience.
4.Support Real-time Move Configured in Library Sync：When the Sync Schedule of Library Sync in Management Console is set to "Real-time" policy and "Move" pattern, the files can be moved to the target location after uploading, and the "File does not exist" is no longer prompted.
II.Mobile Client
1. Personalized Configuration:The Android client supports showing/hiding version info and copyright info according to the Deployment Console setting.
2. Support Deleting in Right Click When Searching:The delete function is added to right-click menu of search list in the iOS client, enabling users to search specified files and delete directly, to simplify the deletion operation step.
3. Workspace Name Change: The name of "Workspace" in iOS and Android clients has been changed to "Apps".
III.AnyShare Folder
1.Window Open Without Repeating：In the scenario of selecting [View in local folder] on wake-up page and [ Open in local] on client repeatedly, the AnyShare Folder will only open one window to improve the using experience.
2.Support Refresh Immediately: AnyShare Folder Cache window supports refreshing immediately when activated at top, to keep the content of AnyShare Folder synced with client.
Auto Lock Optimization: The file owner can acquire the lock when file is opened by other users, and this user will not be able to re-lock after unlocking, ensuring the file can be edited by others in time and improving the efficiency of file collaboration.
