2. Add Recycle Bin: The Recycle Bin function is added in the management console, and knowledge content deleted by administrators that is not created by himself will enter the Recycle Bin, supporting the restoration of knowledge content in the Recycle Bin to avoid the loss of important knowledge content caused by accidental deletion.
