I. Better Points Rules
1. The new Points Chart and Points Store in Community motivate users to contribute knowledge. Admins can manage points finely in the Knowledge Admin background to meet different needs of businesses.

II. Files in the Knowledge Docs Can be Circulated
1. Doc Relay/File Collector/Doc Domain Sync is available for files in the Knowledge Docs, to reduce the differences between the Knowledge Doc and other Documents.

【AutoSheets】

I. Support Anonymous Form Filling
1. Support setting anonymous submission when the form is posted to users within the organization, to allay the misgivings of users and to ensure that the conclusions obtained are more objective.

2. Format Cells can be edited to improve the readability of the data.
3. Support reminding the users directly through WeCo when the sheet/form is posted.

【Intelligent Search】

I. Quick Access to Sheets
1. The required sheet can be located by users directly based on the sheet name and content when searching, enhancing search efficiency.
II. Improve Search Accuracy
1. After the Index Lexicon is uploaded in Management Console, users can promote accurate search results for specialized vocabulary and files.

2. The keywords are no longer matched with catalogues and tags when searching, search speed is more than 3 times faster compared to previous versions.

1. Admins can set the layout mode and skin of the home page according to the corporate culture.

I. Automatic Matching of Official Tags
1. Files uploaded to AnyShare can automatically match official tags after the unified tags are created, to improve the automatic capabilities of files.

3. Sub Documents upload without going through OSS gateway to reduce system stress.

I. Experience Optimization
1. Support setting Cache Policy to clean the local cache at regular/quantitative intervals automatically to relieve the pressure on disk space storage.

2. The speed of batch folder download is more than 5 times faster compared to the previous version.
3. Cancel the function of clicking the logo to return to My Portal in the client.
4. New Upload File function in iOS client making file management more convenient.
5. Support jumping to APP directly by clicking the link from WeCo etc. on mobile.
6. Users can open the client quickly by clicking on the AnyShare:// internal link.

[Core Feature]

I. Steps
1. View Basic Data
Users can directly view the number of previews/downloads of a file in the sidebar, and the time dimension can be modified according to user needs.

2. View Detailed Data
Click [View Details] to jump to the detail page, users can filter the required data according to the user/time dimension, and the trend of file access data can be better visualized by the Trends.

Click [List] to view the details of the users who have accessed the file to keep track of whether the file has been viewed by the target user. Users with owner permission can also export detailed data, improving the efficiency of analyzing file access data.
