Optimization of Core Features】
I. Proximate Content Processing Service: Achieving Office Online& Realtime Antivirus Proximate Processing
1. Office Online Proximate Processing&Access: In multi-site deployment model, each site can access the local service directly to preview and edit documents after configuring Office Online , reducing the access pressure caused by cross-site file loading.
2. Realtime Antivirus Support Proximate Processing: Each Branch Site is able to antivirus of documents locally and return antivirus results to Central Site after deploying Realtime Antivirus Service, reducing the bandwidth consumption of Central Site while improving the efficiency of Branch Site document processing.
Note: Office Online and Realtime Antivirus need to be configured and ordered separately at the Branch Site, AISHU only provides Office Online connection deployment services, not Office Online Server license, customers need to obtain Office Online Server license by themselves.

II. Multiple Domain: Better Sync Feature
1. Sync Schedule Filtering OptimizationThe Library Sync Schedule of the Management Console supports filtering out the Sync Schedule with the Source as User and Department Documents according to the organizational structure,  enabling batch editing of the User Documents Sync Schedule for all users under a department.
III. Intelligent Search: The Number of Catalogue Configured Flexibly
1. Support Configuring of Catalogue Limit: Management Console adds new catalogue number configuration, admins can set the maximum number of documents/folders catalogue, to control the number of catalogue added by users for files in the client.
2. Catalogue Template Attribute Type Optimization: The [Options] attribute type of the Catalogue Template supports the selection of single/multiple choice.
3. Experience Optimization:For files/folders which have been added with catalogs, all attributes of catalogs will be expanded directly in the sidebar after selecting the file/folder, simplifying the user's operation.
IV. Client Plug-in: Support Creating New Flow Chart
1. Flow Chart Client Plug-in: Support new/preview/online editing Flow Chart in AnyShare, simplify the operation steps of editing Flow Chart locally and then uploading to AnyShare, with the ability of secure sharing control of documents in AnyShare, providing more diversified services for users.
Optimization of Sub-products
I. AutoSheetsOptimization of Sheet Editing Style
1. New Editing StyleA new editing style module is added to the toolbar, which supports setting the font style (font, font size, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, font color), table style (fill color, borders) and align(horizontal align, middle align, wrap text) of cells, supporting the use of Format Painter and clear format, and maintaining the original style when importing and exporting tables.
2. Interface Optimization: Support stretching of the home page sidebar, users are able to view the full space name to improve the interactive experience.
Performance Improvements and Fixes
I. Enterprise Content Portal
1. Login Timeout Optimization: Optimize the problem which the web side automatically logs out after logging in for 1 hour, web side can keep logging in to avoid the failure caused by login timeout when uploading large files.
2. Client Openness: Support providing API with functions such as download/copy to/move to/star/share/copy file link for plug-ins to save plug-in development steps; support fine-grained configuration of plug-in right-click menu, for example, if the back-end setting does not support displaying in user documents , the plug-in will not appear in the right-click function menu of files in user documents.
Note: AnyShare client plug-in includes Domain Sync/Doc Relay/Data Report /Workflow in the Apps.
3. Support Thumbnail Mode: All pages under the Docs support switching List Mode/Thumbnail Mode to view all documents, improving user interaction experience.
4. New Download Function In the Preview Screen: Add [Download] button to the image/PDF preview interface on the web side.
5. Experience optimization: For the [Upload] and [New] button with drop-down menu, the default operation is removed and users need to confirm the upload and new file types by clicking on the options in the drop-down menus.
6. Download Certificates Optimization: Web client supports accessing ECeph with APP Certificates and removes the storage certificate download from the login page.
7. Downloaded File Name Optimization: When downloading files from web side in Safari version 15 or below, only first ten characters of the file name will be displayed if the file name is too long.

1. Catalogue Setting Optimization: Catalogue Setting Optimization: The mobile side supports limiting the maximum number of catalogue which can be added to file according to the catalogue number configuration in Management Console. The [Options] attribute type of the Catalogue Template supports the selection of single/multiple choice.
​​​​​​​III. Management & Deployment Console
1. Office Online Configuration Location Change: The location of configuring Office Online 3rd party tools is changed from Management Console to Deployment Console, enabling visual configuration by adding Office Online Optimizer to 3rd Party Services to meet proximate processing requirement.
2. App Account Management: The Management Console supports managing App Account, the Account ID will be displayed after saving App Account information and can set permission for Document Library. The user role, permission and other information can be obtained and document and Document Library can be operated by Account ID when calling API ,to achieve access control.
3. Support AnyDATA Visual Update: Deployment Console Service Management supports AnyDATA visual update, uploading AnyDATA package in higher version to deploy AnyDATA manually, which simplifies the operation steps.
4. Experience Optimization:The name of " Files Sync Policy" in the Management Console is changed to " Client Sync Policy", to avoid confusing users with the " Library Sync Policy".
​​​​​​​IV. Personalized Configuration
1. Login Page Support Selecting Personalized Templates: The login pages of Management Console, Deployment Console and Web Client can be personalized according to various templates in the Deployment Console, to meet the individual needs of a wide range of enterprises.
