【Optimization of Core Features】
I. Security Policy: Subdividing Read Permission for Shared Users
1. Support Configuring Read Permission When Sharing: Read permission supports separate Preview and Download scenarios when sharing. Users can set the read permission when initiating sharing to control the preview/download permission of users/anyone and meet various security control scenarios by subdividing the read permission.
Note: The Read Policy which users configure when sharing is governed by the Read Policy of Document Library.
II. Multiple Domain: Better Doc Relay Function
1. Support Instant Upload Function：There is no need to repeatedly upload files with the same content at the target side, after the Management Console enables the Instant Upload and the Document Domain Sync adopts the Direct Connection method, which saves system resources and improves the efficiency of file sync.
2. Doc Relay Task Consolidation: Relay tasks which initiated multiple times on the same file with the same target during the Doc Relay not completed can be merged into one sync task, so that the repeat relay tasks initiated by users in client can be relayed quickly and successfully.
3. Doc Relay Experience Optimization:
² Users can click on [Target] in Doc Relay list to jump and open the target location.
² Users within the scope will be notified by email after the Doc Relay process has been created.
² Optimize the description information in the Doc Relay process, add usage scenarios for this feature to the description of Doc Relay switch in Management Console, and show the total number of tasks in the task details list.
III. Intelligent Search: Multi-dimensional Filtering to Improve Search Efficiency
1. Support Multi-dimensional Search: Intelligent Search adds a new search tool which allows users to filter by search range, type and time in multiple dimensions before searching, to improve the accuracy of Intelligent Search.
2. Support Immediate Indexing of Folders: Users can search the folder through Intelligent Search immediately after new/moving/copying the corresponding folder, to avoid the problem that the folder cannot be searched and the path does not exist after clicking on it due to folder operation.
3. Search Result Matching Optimization：Files/folders with names exactly matching the search keywords can be displayed at the top of the search result. Solve the problem that file names with dot "." cannot be searched. Realize the deviation search for a wrong English input.
IV. Workflow: Support Enabling Automatic Approval
1. Support Automatic Approval: The Workflow for Shares in Management Console supports enabling Automatic Approval, which allows the workflow being approved automatically when there is no approver or the initiator is the same as the approver, solving the problem that the approver cannot share files.
V. NAS Gateway：Ensure Access Performance of Business Systems during Migration
1.Guarantee Business System Access Performance during Migration: Large number of files can be migrated concurrently with business system access during the migration from NAS data to AnyShare. The impact of business system access performance is still within 5% during maximum migration performance as shown in numerous tests, which enables 24-hour uninterrupted data migration without perception to guarantee a high business system access experience for users while initiating migration tasks.

【Optimization of Sub-products】

I. AutoSheets：More flexible control of sheet data security
1. Support Setting Fine-grained Permission for Sheets：The Protected Cells function is added to the top toolbar of AutoSheets, which allows the sheet owner to protect the data of the selected cell or the whole sheet. Support setting access permissions for collaborators/other users and fine-grained control of user editing permissions (add/hide/delete rows, columns or change the height/width of cells) when protecting the sheet.
2. Support Part of Excel Formulas: AutoSheets supports logical, text, and date Excel formula types alongside basic calculation formulas, users can retain formula content when importing and exporting sheets.

【Performance Improvements and Fixes】

I. Enterprise Content Portal
1. Plug-in Compatible with IE11: Solve the problem when switching to use the client plug-in in IE11, the Domain Sync/Doc Relay/Data Report/Workflow in client and Data Report/Dashboard in Management Console can be switched to use normally.
2. 3rd Party User Login Experience Optimization: 3rd party users are required to manually log in after logging out of AnyShare and 3rd party accounts to satisfy the need to log in AnyShare by switching accounts for 3rd party users.
3. Star Function Optimization: The position of [Star] in the top toolbar and right-click menu is changed synchronously, and the Star button in the right-click menu is shown as Unstarred after the file/folder has been starred, to enhance the user experience.
4. Directly Access to Personal Directory: Users can access their personal directory directly when switching from other Documents in the directory tree to "My Document ", which simplifies the operation steps.
5. Support Previewing Flow Chart Versions: Support opening and previewing the historical version of Flow Chart through the plug-in, to meet the needs of users to view or retrieve the historical version.
6. Web Widgets Update: Web Widgets in the Web side login page have been updated, users can quickly integrate the latest AnyShare services.
7. Restart Client After Switching Language: The client will restart automatically after user switches the language to ensure that the interface can all switch to the specified language.
8. Video Preview Format Increase: Support previewing M4V video format to improve video previewing experience for users.
9. Watermark Display in WPS Online: For Documents with Watermark Read Policy configured, the watermark can be displayed when previewing files which in Documents via WPS Online.
II. Management & Deployment Console
1. Visual Deployment: The Deployment Console supports visual deployment of SAP Intelligent Content Management services, which can be deployed by uploading package, to simplify the operation steps.
III. Modular Deployment
1.Proton Component Upgrade: Upgrade Proton RDS MariaDB, Proton MQ NSQ, Proton Etcd to improve system stability and security.
