1、Functional highlights: When pre-archiving project files, every time a new folder is created, the Automate extracts the file classification number information, automatically adds a catalogue template to the folder, and fills in the classification number in the folder name as a field in the template, improving the orderliness of the pre-archiving process. 

2、Functional highlights: When pre-archiving project files, the Automate is used to extract the number of pages and automatically add catalogues to the files, making it easy for users to map electronic and paper files during the pre-archiving process, ensuring the standardization and synchronization of the archiving process. 
II. Add Related Documents to Create Connections Between Files 
1、Functional highlights: Right-click on a file or folder and add related documents on the taskbar to connect the files together, making it easy for users to quickly access the related files.

1. The catalogue system can be graded, classified, and used with departmental permissions: Permission configuration is supported for catalogue templates. When creating a template, it is possible to specify the department to which the catalogue is applicable, ensuring the reasonable and compliant use of catalogues. 
2. Support for adding staff attributes to catalogue templates: Add the option to pull organizational structure and add staff to catalog templates to prevent errors caused by manual input and ensure the accuracy of catalogue information. 
3. Special characters can be input for catalogue attributes: Catalogue attributes support the input of special characters, and support density units, attribute units, numerical units, etc. to display as catalogues. 
4. Extension of catalogue attribute length: The length of the long text of catalogue attribute has been increased to 2048 characters, and the length of regular text has been increased to 512 characters.
