1. File Collection: New File Collection function is added to Workspace, which enables batch file collection for specific people by creating collection tasks，to improve file collection efficiency and reduce communication costs.
² Create Collection: Support setting custom Location to achieve unified and convenient management of collection files, control the receiver's operation permission by configuring permissions and deadline, and remind the receivers to complete collection in time through various ways such as email/to-do notification.
² Collection Records: Manage all collection tasks, check the completion of file collection in "Created by me" and achieve the visualization of collection progress, submit and update the collection tasks in "My To-dos" list.
II.Observability：Support Exporting Sheets to File and Save User Data
1. Support Exporting Detailed Sheets：The Dashboard of Management Console supports exporting user operations with Data Source as "User Activity" and Indicator as " Actions" into detailed sheets, and selecting the scope of exported data according to the first dimension of the chart, which is convenient for users to save and file data locally.
III. Content Lake: New Department Speed Restriction to Reduce Operation Complexity
1. Support Department Speed Restriction：Under the ordinary site scenario, the admin can control the max download speed of the whole department in Management Console, and the users in department share the common download speed (the total speed of concurrent download cannot exceed the set max speed), simplifying the speed restriction operation and reducing the complexity of operation.
2. Data Cleaning Support Object Reorganization：When data cleaning, for the merged large object with marked deleted small objects already, supports re-merging the undeleted small objects through reorganization policy， to meet the demand of data cleaning and achieve timely release of disk space.
IV.Intelligent Search: More Accurate Search for Specialized Words
1. Extract Specialized Lexicon as Priority: AnyShare prioritizes words from the specialized lexicon when generating tags in scenarios with custom specialized lexicon has been imported, improving the search accuracy of specialized words.
V. Realtime Antivirus：More Flexible Antivirus Process
1. Antivirus Process Optimization：Files changed by Rapid Upload, Copy and Version Recovery can be decided whether need to be antivirus based on the original file version antivirus status, the changed file will be marked as non-virus directly if the original file has been antivirus, which avoids wasting antivirus resources and reduces the waiting time caused by repeated antivirus.

1. Function Optimization: Optimize the processing performance of uploading large files with size over 100M in SAP client, the performance is improved about 50% compared with previous version, improving the user experience of large files processing.

I.KnowledgeCenter: A Richer Interactive Experience
1.Invite Department to Answer: Q&A supports inviting departments to answer directly, and members of the invited departments can view the Q&A content in the [Invite You] tab, which simplifies the invitation steps and makes the Q&A mechanism richer.
2.New Chat Function: A new [ Chat ] button is added to the user card and detail page, users can exchange information through "Chat" and the content of "Chat" can be received and managed in the Message, enhancing the viscosity of Community and improving user interactivity.
3.App Account Manage:The images/files of Q&A and the files access of Knowledge Circle are handled from kc-admin to App Account to reduce the pressure of database access.
II. AutoSheets: A Consistent Experience with AnyShare
1.Pop-up Style Optimization: Change the [ Move to ] pop-up window of AutoSheets to the same style as AnyShare, support moving sheets across spaces and search folders directly to move, achieve more comprehensive sheet moving function and provide the same interactive experience as AnyShare.
2.Trash Can Hide: The Trash of AutoSheets will be hidden directly for the user who does not have the permission to restore the sheets from trash, so as to protect the security control of sheet data.
3. Login Timeout Optimization: Optimize the problem of automatic logout after login timeout of AutoSheets. Users can keep login status in AutoSheets to avoid sheet data loss.
